Terms & Conditions
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
General:
- There will be no make-up classes or refunds for cancellations that are due to circumstances not in Steminai’s control i.e. inclement weather.
- Classes are subject to change based on registration and instructor availability.
- Parents/Guardians are encouraged to drop-off/pick-up students no more than 10 minutes prior to class start and afterwards.
- There will be a $25 charge for all NSF returned payments not resolved within seven days.
Summer/Day Camp:
- Full refund is available for withdrawals 2 weeks before first day program commencement.
- 75% refund will be available for withdrawals within one week prior to the program start date and such notice has to be made in writing to hello@steminai.com.
- There are no refunds for withdrawal after camp commencement.
- Refunds or credits are not provided for missed camp programs/activities or cancellations.
- Campers can switch camp weeks up to 72 working hours in advance of the program start pending availability in the desired alternate program/class.
After School/Coding Clubs:
- For after school programs/clubs 75% refunds will be available for withdrawal within one week prior to the program start date.
- Refunds for class withdrawals will be subject to $25 administrative fee.
- There are no refunds available for withdrawals made after class commencement.
- Make up classes are only available in the event that Steminai has had to cancel a regularly scheduled class.
- Online registrations without payment will be removed after one hour.
- We accept debit and credit cards only. Cash and cheques are not accepted.
- We will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles.
SECURITY AND CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Please do not share your password or account information.
Purchases on the Sites:
To make purchases on the sites or through the portal(s), if available, you will be required to enter your credit card information.
Student Registration Using the Sites or Portal(s):
To register a student for programs or events through the Sites or Portal(s), if applicable, you will be required to enter your credit card information, which is used to process your transaction. Payment is due at the time of registration. Steminai does not store your credit card information.
DATA PRIVACY
Steminai Solutions collects and retains personal information for the purpose of enrolling your child in our programs, to assign the student to the appropriate classes, to develop and nurture ongoing relationships with you and your child, and to inform you of program updates and upcoming opportunities. If you wish Steminai Solutions to limit the information collected, please contact us.
MEDIA RELEASE
You consent to the use of your ward/child's photograph, video or likeness in any publication, video, pamphlet or promotion by Steminai Solutions. You understand that you will not receive separate compensation or consideration for the permission granted in this Consent.
MEDICAL
Sick Students:
Please do not bring a student if they have an active cold/flu/cough/virus or feel unwell. Instructors may ask the student to return home if they are exhibiting signs of illness.
Steminai is not responsible for watching children without the presence of parents outside of the classroom, scheduled session time, and office hours.
You hereby agree and give permission for medical treatment in the event of an emergency if the parent/guardian can't be reached.
LIABILITY WAIVER/INDEMNIFICATION
By your participation in our program and the use of the facility, the participant and parent/guardian hereby expressly agree that Steminai and its Directors/Instructors/ Employees shall not be liable for any damages from loss or theft of personal property or any injuries sustained by the participant and parent/guardian in and about the facility.
